It started yesterday after my interview...
The other day kasi, i got a call from ACCENTURE, asking me to go there the next day for an interview. But i requested to reschedule me yesterday, ayoko kasi ng binibigla ako eh!
December last year pa ko tinawagan but then di ko sinipot. (Grabe an taray!) Kasi naman papuntahin ba naman ako ng 27, eh nag-eenjoy pa ko sa holiday season eh.
Kala ko nga wala na, di na ko tatawagan kasi di ako tumawag for the reschedule. But then tumawag ulet last tuesday. Kahapon, nagdadalawang-isip ako...pupuntahan ko ba o hindi?
Tinatamad talaga ko eh, syempre hahanapin ko pa yung place, mahihirapan akong maglakad nun. Until I decided to go nalang, kasi binigyan ako ni mama ng pantaxi.
Dumating ako dun around 140pm. Sched ko is 2pm.
Approached the receptionist to get me listed. And so i sitted...and waited....and waited...and waited....until gosh...ang init na ng upuan ko ah. 4 o'clock na pala! Yung ibang kakadating palang nainterview na agad, bakit ako hindi pa? Nakausap ko na lahat ng katabi ko, pero hindi pako tinatawag. Kaya pinuntahan ko na yung receptionist.
AKO: "Miss, is Ms. Catherine there? I got an interview with her around 2pm."
Receptionist: "Ay kanina ka pa nandyan?" (Nashock ka pa ha?)
AKO: "Oo."
Receptionist: "Mga isang oras na?"
AKO: "Mahigit."
Receptionist: "Naku sorry ha! Sandali lang..."
Tapos sabay pinick up nya yung phone. Tapos narinig ko binigay nya yung name ko.
Badtrip naman 'to oh! Sa lahat ng ayaw ko yung pinaghihintay ako eh! **Hay Judith, patience is a virtue**
Later on,
Receptionist: "Miss, pakihintay nalang, iba na yung mag-iinterview sayo. Si Ms. Sarah na, nasa meeting kasi si Ms. Cathy eh."
AKO: "ok"
After 2 minutes...ininterview nako ni Ms. Sarah. I found out during the interview yung mga policies nila and 'bout the compensation. Disappointed ako...very much disappointed! Mapapalagpas ko pa yung training terms although aabutin ng 8 weeks, ok lang pero yung after nun, although walang bond, pero fixed employment lang for 1 year then for evaluation pa if irerenew yung contract.
Then after that interview, she asked me to wait for her at the lobby and so i walked out of the room. Later on Ms. Chi approached me. (Sya yung tumatawag sa kin sa phone for the interview schedule.) She handled me the list of requirements and the form for my medical. So it means malapit nako sa katotohanan. Kaya eto nalilito nako. Will I accept this or not? Accenture nato eh! Matagal ko din pinangarap na makapagwork dito. Pero very disappointed pa rin ako 'bout the compensation. Now, nakaschedule ako for my medical. Pupuntahan ko ba o hindi? Here I go again.
Tonight, manonood kami ng premiere night ng Rumor has it sa Megamall. Kasama ko sina WingSan and Cindy. Nagmeet kami kagabi sa Glorietta, then konting chickahan kaya 1030 nako nakauwi ng bahay.
